How to update your profile (name, email, contact info)?

Keeping your profile up to date on Navtika Journal ensures that your contact details, author information, and communication preferences are accurate. You can easily update your name, email address, contact info, and other personal details right from your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Your Profile

Step 1: Log In to Your Account
  1. Once logged in, you will be on the "My Account" information screen
  2. Select “Edit Profile” from the left menu
Step 2: Update Your Information

In the profile settings, you’ll find editable fields for:
  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Display Name
  4. Email Address
Step 3: Save Your Changes
  1. After updating your information, scroll down and click the “Save Changes” button.
  2. Your updated details will reflect instantly in your account and author profile

Changing Your Email Address?

  1. After updating your email, you may be asked to verify the new email.
  2. A confirmation link will be sent to the new email address.
  3. Your account will remain active, but you’ll need to verify the new email to receive notifications and updates.

Important Notes

  1. Always ensure your email is valid and active to avoid missing important notifications about article approvals, comments, and messages.
