How to change your password?

Step-by-Step Guide to Change Your Password

Step 1: Log In to Your Navtika Account
  1. Go to www.navtika.in
  2. Click on “Login” and enter your email and password
Step 2: Access Your Profile Settings
Once logged in, click on "My Account" (usually at the top right corner)
Select the first tab “Edit Account” from left hand side of the screen

Step 3: Navigate to the Password Section
  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter the new password
  3. Confirm the new password again
  4. Click “Save” or “Update Password
Step 5: Confirmation
  1. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
  2. In some cases, a confirmation email may also be sent to your registered email address

Password Tips

  • Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)

  • Avoid using your name, birthday, or common words

  • Don’t share your password with anyone

Forgot Your Current Password?

If you can’t remember your current password:

  • Go to the Login Page

  • Click on “Forgot Password?”

  • Enter your registered email and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox
